Tayto Park
Located in Ashbourne Co Meath, Tayto Park is less than a 45 minutes drive from our Hotel, this is a fantastic theme park and a zoo featuring fun for all ages, including the new Cu Chullain Rollercoaster, Eagle Sky Adventure Zone, Eagles Nest, Playground, Tayto Factory Tour and Vortex Tunnel. Dublin Zoo
Situated only 35 minutes drive away from our hotel, in the picturesque Phoenix Park, Dublin Zoo is a fantastic, fun-filled location for a great day out for all the family. Set on 28 hectares of park in the heart of Dublin, it is home to around 400 animals. Ireland’s most popular family attraction, Dublin Zoo is a must-see!
The 1916 Freedom Tour, Dublin City
For those of you looking for a fun trip back in time, this guided Military Style Tour brings visitors on a one-hour military-style truck tour of all the key locations of the 1916 battle in Dublin City. Only a 20-minute drive from Dún Laoghaire, tours run Wednesday – Sunday from Merrion Square West. Tickets can be booked online and cost €20 for adults and €12 for children. Family Tickets are also available.
Lambert Puppet Theatre, Monkstown
Enjoy Ireland’s most famous Puppet Theatre, less than a 10-minute drive from the hotel. This is a wonderful venue for all the family. The Three Little Pigs is running on Sat & Sun March 19th & 20th, Sat 26th, and Sat & Sun April 2nd & 3rd @ 3.30 pm.
