Your room is available for check-in from 3 pm and check-out time is before 12 noon. If you are arriving early, or would like a later checkout time, please contact us (additional charges may apply).
I will be arriving early - can I check into my room?
We do our best to accommodate early arrivals but room readiness is dependent on how busy the Hotel is, it is best to call the Hotel on the day of arrival to check your room status.
Can I leave my luggage?
Yes, we will be happy to store your luggage safely for you.
Is reception open 24 hours?

Does the hotel have internet access?
Yes, free Wi-Fi internet is available in public areas and all our bedrooms.

Dublin Airport will take roughly 40 minutes to our hotel via car. You can also take Route 703 Aircoach to the Monkstown stop and a 10-minute taxi to our front door.

No, but we have adjoining rooms (Double Bed, Single Bed, adjoining room with 2 singles).

We offer changing facilities and cots when required for guests.

Yes, every guest can enjoy complimentary access to all of our leisure facilities, including our swimming pool and fully equipped gym.
Are swimming hats required in the hotel pool?
Yes, it is compulsory to wear a swimming hat, they can be purchased in the hotel if needed.
Is there car parking?
With above and underground car parks, we have plenty of spaces and are delighted to offer complimentary parking to all of our guests.

Only guide dogs are permitted in the hotel.
What are the opening hours of the hotel bar?
The bar opening hours are 10.30am - 11.30pm. Children are allowed in the bar until 9pm.
Does the hotel cater for vegetarians, vegans, and coeliacs?
Yes.
Are there meeting and conference facilities available at the hotel?
We accommodate for corporate meetings. Our boardroom is located on the ground floor, adjacent to reception, and can accommodate 12 delegates boardroom style and 15 delegates theatre style.
